Gisselle Wolozny

Paralegal at INERTIA Tax & Legal. As a paralegal, Gisselle assists the Managing Partner in the timely deployment of the firm’s strategic plan, as well as in drafting corporate and commercial contracts such as shareholders’ agreements, income-sharing agreements, distribution contracts, among others.

She has researched to detail the local Municipal Excise Plans, regulations on private placements, operations of the Board of Directors and Shareholders Assemblies in Honduran and Spanish companies, the legal regime of ZEDEs, and best practices in contracting for the internationalization of local businesses. Gisselle is also in charge of translating legal documents and laws for offshore clients seeking a clearer understanding of local regulations, or for their use in foreign countries by local clients.

Gisselle is committed to human rights and democracy advocacy in Honduras and has participated as electoral observer in the 2021 legislative elections of El Salvador and the 2021 election primaries of Honduras. Active member of youth organizations such as El Milenio, Women’s Education Movement, and Ladies of Liberty Alliance.
